Oven Baked Home Fries

Here is a quick and delicious recipe for oven baked home fries.

We made these yesterday to go with the vegan patty melt (sandwich) we made, but they were so good by themselves, that they deserved to get their own recipe.

They are yes, perfect with ketchup, but also perfect with the vegan thousand island dressing on them as well that we made.

So here it is, a recipe for home fries, with a perfect blend of seasonings.

You may add a little paprika to these for a little more spice if you would like.

3 tbsp olive oil
7-8 regular sized potatoes
1 tbsp McCormick roasted garlic and herb seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp Mrs. Dash table blend original
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp thyme
Sea salt, to taste

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Meanwhile, wash, peel, and dice your potatoes into cubes.

Place a piece of foil on a flat oven tray, and add olive oil on the foil.

Now place your diced potatoes on the tray, and add the seasonings.

Begin folding the potatoes into the seasonings until the seasonings are well distributed.

Place the potatoes in the oven and bake them for 30 minutes or until golden brown and soft.
