Almond Butter Fudge

I guess I will just start out by saying, if it was not for a friend making these I would not have ever tried to bake them. 
I always liked fudge, but thought it was terribly too simple to "try to make"...

Not really though! Some recipes are sheer failures. 
But not this one!

It turns out that these are easy to make and absolutely delicious little treats that will make you smile. You need not look further for a perfect almond butter fudge.

These are sweet, and very fudgy. They can be altered to substitute in some carob chips or something as well, for a nice little flair.

These are the perfect alternative to peanut butter fudge, which some people cannot have. However, if you do want to make these peanut butter, you can do that as well.

Ingredients:
1 cup original almond butter
1 cup of soy powder
1/3 cup 100% maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well (it will be just a bit stiff and somewhat look a little "lacking on the moisture side"...but that's okay)

Press firmly your ingredients into a small square 8x8 inch pan.

Let it sit for about 30 minutes to settle, and then cut into small squares and serve.
