Mixed Berry "Green" Smoothie

I love green smoothies.

I love them a lot.

I have them every single morning for breakfast - and actually crave them. Smoothies are my favorite form of breakfast.

So anyway,

I was thinking "why not add into my green smoothies all of the berries I can find?"

After all, they are the most amazing little, but super "super foods", and they are absolutely packed with compounds that are key in having a long and healthy life.

They contain both antioxidants and phytochemicals that help fight and prevent many deseases like  diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and certain types of cancer.

All berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc., are super foods that not only help your body internally but externally as well (weight management, and premature aging reversal). And they taste very good!

So now that I gave you the facts, go have one.

12 oz. water
2 1/2 cups of baby spinach
2 1/2  to 3 tbsp agave
1 orange, peeled
2 cups frozen berry medley (raspberry, blueberries, and blackberries)
8-10 frozen strawberries.

Place ingredients in the blender as listed.

Blend on high until smooth.
