I wanted to share with you a beautiful green recipe that I came across seriously by happenstance (yes happenstance is a word :)

You know when something is just so healthy and yet genius that you can't help but to share it - this is it!

A Creamy Lime and Avocado Tart that is both vegan and gluten free by Eating Bird Food's blog author Brittany.

This recipe is just perfect for fulfilling your sweet yet healthy cravings.

What's perhaps the best things about it? This recipe only requires a few healthy ingredients, so you can forget the fuss with this festive and fun dessert.

It is healthy - guilt free - vegan - gluten free - simple - creamy - and gets you for sure in the mood for spring.

I just love avocados dont you?

Well if you have 20 minutes of time and some ripe avo's (I always have them), your in for a treat (pun intended).

What does it require? Simple.

For the tart crust: shredded coconut, pecans, dates, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.

For the filling: avocados, lime juice, coconut or agave nectar, coconut oil and lime zest.

Easy huh? And delicious!
