Strawberry Mango Smoothie

So it's winter...

In the winter I typically desire only warm foods and warm drinks like tea, my hot chocolate recipe, you catch what I am saying.

Yet, I realize that in spite of the frigid temperatures, there is still something very important in the winter months - maintaining a balanced, healthy diet full of fruit and veggies.

I admit that I love fruit and veggies when its summer most because they are the best tasting, but at the same time I realize that the winter is where most struggle maintaining a fitness plan. Therefore, in the winter, yes I still drink fruity delicious smoothies! 

Annnnnd! for all of you out there today like me...

I wanted to share a very special smoothie with you that is truly a favorite. This creamy, dreamy, strawberry mango smoothie is so yummy you won't care if you freeze a little afterward.

Why? Because next you will hopefully hit the gym, work up a sweat, and go home and have another!

Serves 2!

2 to 3 fully ripe bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 mangoes or two cups of frozen mangos
1/2 cup coconut almond milk
1/2 cup cold water

Add all ingredients to your high powered blender, and blend until smooth! 

Pour into two glasses, have a "cheers" and enjoy!
